Delete Account & Data

You can request deletion of your CaterReady account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how.

How to request deletion

1. Email gauthamanithnair@zenithmedialabs.com from the address on your account.
2. Use the subject line Delete CaterReady account.
3. Include your account email and organisation name so we can verify the request.

What we delete

• Your user account and login credentials
• Personal profile details tied to that account (subject to organisation ownership rules below)

Organisation data

If you are the only owner of an organisation, we can delete that organisation’s CaterReady data (clients, events, menus, invoices, etc.) on request. If other members remain, we may remove your membership while retaining business records owned by the organisation until an authorised admin requests deletion.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may remain briefly in encrypted backups, then drop off on the normal backup rotation. We may retain limited records when required by law (for example fraud prevention or accounting).

Share links

After deletion, previously shared quote or purchase links for that organisation’s content will stop working once the underlying data is removed.
