Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of CaterReady (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CaterReady helps catering businesses manage quotes, events, menus, checklists, teams, and settlement. During closed beta, access is by invitation and features may change without notice.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• Organisation owners/admins are responsible for members they invite and for data entered for their business.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights
• Probe, abuse, or disrupt the Service or other users
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorised access
• Resell or misuse share links in a way that harms clients or the Service
• Reverse engineer the Service except where allowed by law

4. Your content

You retain ownership of menus, client details, quotes, and other content you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate the Service for you. You confirm you have the rights needed to use that content in the Service.

5. Share links

Quote and purchase-list links may be opened by people without a CaterReady account. You control what you share and with whom. Do not share sensitive information you are not authorised to disclose.

6. Beta disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” during closed beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that features will remain unchanged.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaterReady and Zenith Media Labs are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for business decisions made using the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or (b) INR 5,000.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, security risk, non-payment (when billing applies), or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via Delete Account.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
